Small Business Saturday is a day to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for their communities. Our small businesses in Macalester-Groveland contribute greatly to our community so we want to show our appreciation!

Small Business Photo Scavenger Hunt
Take a picture of yourself/your group in front of a minimum of 6 locations in Macalester-Groveland and submit them for a chance to win prizes! If you shop at any of the locations in the process, submit a photo of one of your receipts to double your chances to win. Download a hard copy here or use the Google Form link below to participate!
Deadline: Friday, December 15th
Small Business Coloring Contest
Download the coloring sheet below and let your creativity flow! You can either submit your coloring sheet to look like your favorite Mac-Grove business or create your own business storefront!
Deadline to submit your sheet is Friday, December 15th. Be sure to include your name, age, and guardian’s email address on the back. One submission per person. Submissions can be emailed to mgcc@macgrove.org or dropped off at the MGCC office at the Edgcumbe Rec Center (320 Griggs St S).
Age Groups:
- 6 and under
- 7-12 years old
- 13-18 years old
The selection committee (made up of MGCC Board Members) will choose the winner by Wednesday, December 20 and they will be notified right away! If you are chosen for your age group, you will win a prize to one of the following local businesses:
- Wet Paint
- Red 6 Games
- Grandview Theater
