MGCC Presents the

Little Free Library Tour

May 19 – may 31

The Macalester-Groveland Community Council presents an all-ages book search event touring the little free libraries of the neighborhood. This program encourages reading & outdoor exercise while highlighting the novel character in our community. We aim to spark curiosity, adventure, and explorative learning through this playful, self-guided tour.

How to participate

Bookmark Hunt

Find the bronze, silver, or gold bookmark at one of the designated Little Free Libraries using clues that will be released on our website and social media! If you find one of the three, you will win a prize. You may have to visit all the libraries to find the bookmark or you may luck out and find it on the first one! If you are the first one to find it, send a picture and the location of the hiding spot to mgcc@macgrove.org to claim a gift card prize. (One individual can only win one prize in the bookmark hunt so we can share the fun with more folks!)

Word Searches

Find and complete up to 6 hidden Word Search Puzzles. Take a picture and send to  mgcc@macgrove.org. Entries will be added to a drawing for Mac-Grove t-shirts or gift cards to Mac-Grove businesses. Have Fun & Good Luck!
